Detail clean kitchen surfaces: backsplash, cabinet fronts, and appliances (exterior; interior by request)

Scrub and sanitize bathrooms: shower/tub, grout, toilet (base/behind), sinks, and mirrors

Vacuum edges/corners and under accessible furniture

Mop floors thoroughly, focusing on buildup and corners

Empty trash and finalize with a full-room reset (straighten and wipe remaining surfaces)
Move In & Out Cleaning

Remove cobwebs and dust all surfaces, including baseboards, trim, and vents

Wipe walls (spot clean), doors, door frames, and light switches

Clean inside and outside of cabinets, drawers, and closets

Deep clean kitchen: inside/outside appliances (fridge, oven, microwave), countertops, sink, and backsplash

Deep clean bathrooms: tub/shower, tile/grout, toilet (base/behind), vanity, and mirrors

Clean interior windows, sills, and tracks (where accessible)

Vacuum all floors and mop hard surfaces thoroughly

Final walkthrough touch-ups and trash removal (bagged and placed in designated area)
Commercial Cleaning

Empty trash/recycling and replace liners

Dust and wipe desks, counters, ledges, and other common surfaces

Disinfect high-touch points (door handles, switches, rails, phones, breakroom areas)

Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors; restock supplies if provided)

Breakroom/kitchenette cleaning (counters, sinks, microwave exterior, tables)

Vacuum carpets and entry mats; sweep and mop hard floors

Spot-clean glass and interior doors (as needed)

Clean/shine high-traffic areas (lobby, hallways) and do a final walkthrough for touch-ups
